Payment
All payments are processed securely via PayPal or Credit Card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay — you can pay directly by credit card through the checkout.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Digital Downloads
All my patterns are digital products — no physical item will be sent. After your payment is confirmed your pattern will be available for immediate download directly from the shop.
Your download link will also be sent to your email address. If you do not receive it within 24 hours please check your spam folder — and if you still cannot find it please contact me and I will resend it immediately!
Each pattern can be downloaded up to 1 time within the download period. If you have any issues accessing your download please contact me and I will help you.
Refunds and Exchanges
As digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are not available once the pattern has been downloaded.
However if you have any problem with your pattern — such as a corrupted file, difficulty opening it, or missing pages — please contact me and I will send you a replacement immediately!
If you find any mistakes or errors in a pattern please contact me — I will correct it and send you the updated version.

All patterns are for personal use only. Please do not redistribute, resell or translate any pattern. Do not sell finished items made from my patterns.
